Ping prides itself in being an IT integrator. We found that the IT infrastructure of most South African companies consisted of separate products from separate suppliers with a lot of overlapping functionality but also a lot of missing functionality. Our primary focus is on addressing this shortcoming by providing all the core infrastructure building blocks from a single supplier. We accomplish this by bringing expert skills into the company and a number of strategic partnerships with other major suppliers.

What does this mean for our clients? Their IT infrastructure truly becomes a business tool instead of an endless source of headaches. They focus on their core activities knowing that if anything should go wrong they only need to call one number and the issue will be resolved with no blame shifting between suppliers.

Background

Ping grew out of ISE Technologies, a software development company established in January 2001. As software integrator ISE saw that there existed a great need to do this on hardware/support level as well and started to help one or two of their core clients with this. By word of mouth their hardware/support client list grew so quickly that it had to be moved to a separate company and in March 2005 Ping Business Solutions opened its doors. Ping still has a very close working relationship with ISE and share resources and expertise on a daily basis.
